Welcome to the Host Role! This page outlines the role, responsibilities, and key how‑tos to help you run smooth, inclusive events and collaborate effectively with Security.

Event Hosts are responsible for running events smoothly, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and coordinating with Security.

As a Host, you’re one of the most visible faces of our community. You set the tone, keep the energy up, and help members feel welcomed and entertained while upholding our standards of consent and respect.

🎤What Hosts Do

  • Manage participants and flow during the event
  • Coordinate with Security and keep communication clear
  • Ensure rules are enforced if Security is unavailable
  • Prepare pings, announcements, and post‑event wrap‑up

ℹCore Responsibilities

  • Post announcements and reminders appropriately
  • Keep world spawn SFW and manage world selection
  • Handle minor issues; escalate to Security or staff when needed
