Initial Verification Process Complete

VRC Verified Members Upgrading to Eden Verified

Members with @VRC Verified or @Blocked VRC Verified ❌ who complete regular ID verification will receive @Eden Verified. No manual role changes are needed — Orion automatically removes the VRC Verified and Blocked VRC Verified roles when you use /verify or the Verify button on Orion Board.

The verification process for Cutie Helpers and Moderators is unchanged: use /verify in the ticket thread or the green Verify button on the Orion web dashboard.

Once initial verification meets all required criteria:

  1. Welcome Message:

    • Send a welcome message to the member.
    • Include important channels and information (see template below).

  2. Complete Verification:

    • Use /verify in the ticket thread or the button on the Orion Board. Staff cannot manually assign the Eden Verified role—Orion removes Unverified when verification completes.
    • The Unverified role can be removed manually only when the user already has a verification role. It cannot be removed otherwise (protection measure). Only admins can bypass.
Verification Image Deletion

If the member deletes their verification images after the initial verification is completed, please ask them to repost the images in order for a moderator to double check the verification. If they do not comply in a timely manner, you are allowed to give back their @Unverified role and inform them that their verification has been temporarily revoked.

DO NOT attempt to manually remove the @Eden Verified role. The @Unverified role is all that's needed to prevent them from accessing verified channels.
