Senior Event Team 🌟
@Senior Event Team members are experienced mentors and leaders who help guide the Event Team, handle incidents, train new members, and shape how events run.
Seniors are recognized for their reliability, good judgment, excellent communication, and positive collaboration with the team. They lead by example and help others grow.
Core Responsibilities
🎓Training & Mentoring
- Train @Event Trial members across all training stages
- Complete training reports with constructive, actionable feedback
- Support trials during shadowing, co-hosting, and solo events
- Model professionalism and event best practices
🚨Event Incident Management
- Handle event report tickets in 🎫|open-a-ticket (Event‑Talk)
- Update actions taken in 🔺events-incidents threads
- Work together with other @Senior Event Team members to ensure incidents are properly documented and followed up
⚖️Punishment & Enforcement
- Issue event punishments following established guidelines
- Vote on any event punishment of 2-week event bans or longer
- Ensure fair and consistent enforcement of event rules
- Work with @Event Committee on complex cases
🎉Event Hosting & Security
- Can solo host Classic and Popup events when no security is available
- Can act as security if needed to support other hosts
- Serve as primary hosts for Patreon events (pending)
- Help plan massive special events every 6 calendar weeks (pending)

Event Incident Management
🤝Collaborative Approach
@Senior Event Team members work together as a team to handle incidents. Unlike moderators or committee members, there is no weekly roll system.
All seniors collaborate to:
- Review and update 🔺events-incidents threads
- Ensure all actions taken are properly documented
- Handle follow-ups and escalations as needed
Always coordinate with other @Senior Event Team members and @Event Committee when handling complex incidents or making important decisions.
Training Responsibilities
When training @Event Trial members:
- Be Patient & Encouraging: Training can be overwhelming; provide clear guidance and support
- Give Constructive Feedback: Focus on specific areas for improvement with actionable suggestions
- Document Thoroughly: Complete training reports with detailed observations using the template below
- Follow Training Stages: Ensure trials complete all required stages (Security Shadowing, Security Observed, Co-Host, Host with Co-Host, Solo Host Observed)
As a @Senior Event Team member, your responsibility is to report in the appropriate training thread when you are done doing a training session with a Trial Host. Use the template below to describe how the training went, then send it in the thread.

⭐Professional Conduct
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions with trials, hosts, security, and attendees
- Lead by example: demonstrate good judgment, clear communication, and respect
- Uphold event rules and consent standards consistently
- Stay active and engaged with the team (at least 2 events per month recommended)
