  1. Nomination by Event Head or Committee
  2. Portfolio review: events, tickets, mentoring, write‑ups
  3. Conversation about fit, boundaries, availability
  4. Committee vote (simple majority)

🎯What You'll Do

  • Ensure the weekly schedule is posted every week
  • Help answer event team's questions and provide support
  • Shape how the event team works in the future
  • Ensure event incidents are handled fairly and consistently
  • Coach Trials and Seniors; give kind, actionable feedback
  • Keep communication clear, timely, and professional
