Free-Use Events 🎭

Free-Use events are special planning events where volunteer members (staff or regular members) act as "Free-Use," allowing attendees to come and pick a room with a Free-Use volunteer for fun time together.

Event Type

These events aren't restricted to Patreon events; they also happen as regular events. Free-Use volunteers roleplay as restaurant staff, club staff, or similar, checking on customers while allowing free use in public areas or unlocked private rooms.

Staffing Requirements

Have at least one security for every 2-3 Free Use participants and one security member free to roam the world.

Special Event Planning Thread Requirement​

⏰ Critical Timing Requirement

Free-Use events are special planning events and require a planning thread in 📘special-event-planning to be opened at least 24 hours in advance of the event start time.

  • Minimum: 24 hours in advance (required)
  • Preferred: 2-3 days in advance
  • Best practice: As soon as the schedule comes out

Important: If a planning thread is opened less than 24 hours before the event, the event will be canceled and changed to a regular event.

Volunteer Requirements & Information​

To become a Free-Use volunteer, members must fill out the 📝Event Volunteer Form.

Information Free-Use Volunteers Must Provide to the Host​

Before the event, Free-Use volunteers must provide the host with:

💜Sexual Preferences

Volunteers must specify their sexual preferences (straight, gay, bi, pan, etc.)

🔗Preferred Kinks & Limits

Volunteers should communicate their preferred kinks and associated limits. This is aside from the harder kinks that are already not allowed at events.

🚫No-List

A list of anyone specific that they do not want interacting with them during the event.

📝Self Description

A 1-2 sentence description of themselves that can be included in the event post.

Host and Security Responsibilities​

📢Host Communication

The host is responsible for communicating all volunteer information to their security in advance of the event. This ensures security is fully prepared and can effectively enforce rules during the event.

🛡️Security Enforcement

Beyond security's normal responsibilities, they are specifically in charge of enforcing the "No-List" in a polite and discrete manner during the event. Security should be aware of who is on each volunteer's No-List and ensure those individuals do not interact with those volunteers.

General Rules and Guidelines​

🎤Active Event VC Required

All Free-Use participants, hosts, and general participants are required to be in the Discord 📘Active Event VC channel for the entire duration of the event.

This ensures security can be contacted quickly and discreetly if any issues arise.

💜Consent Still Required

Even though someone is "Free-Use," consent is still required.

Participants must ask permission before touching or engaging, and respect boundaries at all times.

💬Kink Communication

Participants must ask their partner(s) before trying out new things from their kink list.

Either person is allowed to stop the ERP at any point, no questions asked.

⏱️Session Time Limits

Sessions should be limited to 10-15 minutes to allow people to have turns with Free-Use volunteers.

This ensures rotation and fairness, giving as many attendees as possible a chance to participate.

Rotation & Fairness

Ensure there is proper rotation between Free-Use sessions so as many people as possible can have their turn with a Free-Use member. Hosts and security should monitor session lengths and help facilitate smooth transitions.

Volunteer Recruitment​

To recruit Free-Use volunteers:

  1. Share the 📝Event Volunteer Form with potential volunteers
  2. Collect volunteer information (sexual preferences, kinks, limits, No-List, description) before the event
  3. Share volunteer descriptions with security in advance
  4. Include a list of potential volunteers in your planning thread
Private Room Rules

Free-Use rooms may be locked so long as they are in VC with staff, ensuring security can monitor and respond to any issues.
