Volunteering at an event as @Event Security involves several key steps:
📝 Sign Up for the Event
When volunteering for an event, you'll be helping the @Event Host for the event's duration.

Add Security or (Security) to your signup message in the event's signup thread.

👋 Introduce Yourself to New Members

You will often meet new people, so it's important that you introduce yourself to help event goers find a safe spaceiA welcoming environment where attendees feel comfortable and safe.
Try your best to ensure no one stays in their corner alone and feeling excluded. While the @Event Host is also encouraged to prevent this while entertaining members, as security you play a crucial role in creating an inclusive atmosphere.
📢 Announce Your Role

When an event is announced, add (security) next to your signup name in the appropriate signup thread.

👁️Shadowing/Training
If you are shadowing another security, add (shadow) next to your name to indicate you're there for training.

🎉 Keep the Party Going!
🤝Support the Host
- Assist the @Event Host in ensuring the event runs smoothly
- Help maintain a positive experience for all attendees
- Welcome joining players during the event to make them feel included
👥Team Support
Provide support to other @Event Security team members when incidents occur.
Always prioritize the reporting event goers' safety. You're the most important person to any attendee with a problem, and we want to show the love! 💜
