Quick reference for all ticket and moderation slash commands used with Orion Board.
Verification
/verifyCutie Helper, Moderator only can use this.
Complete verification. Run in verification ticket thread. @Cutie Helper: initial only. @Moderator: initial or final (different person for final).
Warnings
/warnModerator only can use this.Formal server warning. @Moderator only. user, reason, ticket (autocomplete), notes, evidence. "Open Ticket" button if no ticket exists.
/warn-informalModerator only can use this.Informal server warning. @Moderator only. user, reason, ticket, evidence.
/warn-eventSenior Event Team only can use this.Event warning. @Senior Event Team only. user, reason, ticket, notes, evidence, punishment (optional—24h, 2d, 3d, 5d, 1w, 2w, 3w, 1m, 3m, 6m, 1y, indefinite). Optional punishment creates event ban.
/warn-informal-eventSenior Event Team only can use this.Informal event warning. @Senior Event Team only. user, reason, ticket, evidence.
Bans
/event-banSenior Event Team only can use this.Event ban. @Senior Event Team only. user, reason, duration (required), ticket, evidence. Duration: 24h, 2d, 3d, 5d, 1w, 2w, 3w, 1m, 3m, 6m, 1y, indefinite.
Watchlist
/watchlistModerator only can use this.Server watchlist. @Moderator only. user, reason, use_last_hour OR message_link, evidence. Denied when use_last_hour or message_link is used from a verification ticket, staff channel, or thread under a staff channel.
/watchlist-eventSenior Event Team only can use this.Event watchlist. @Senior Event Team only. user, reason, evidence, message_link. Denied when message_link is used from a verification ticket, staff channel, or thread under a staff channel.
Host Discretion
/host-discretionEvent Committee only can use this.Create/update host discretion. @Event Committee only. host, banned_user, reason, evidence. Manage entries in Orion Board (Mod Logs → Event → Host Discretion).
Ticket Management
/closeModerator only can use this.Close ticket immediately. Must be in ticket thread. @Moderator+ only (not Cutie Helper). reason optional.
/close-requestStaff only can use this.Request closure from ticket opener. Opener gets Close/Deny buttons. Use when staff feel the user is done. reason optional.
/add-memberStaff only can use this.Add user to ticket. member (required).
/remove-memberStaff only can use this.Remove user from ticket. member (required).
/renameStaff only can use this.Rename ticket. name (required). Has cooldown; if it fails, rename the thread manually.
/reminderStaff only can use this.Ping ticket opener with reminder. message optional. Can only be used 24h apart and at least 12h after ticket opened.
