@Cutie Helper do not issue warnings, mutes, bans, or make final decisions. These tasks are for @Moderator only. When in doubt, escalate to a Moderator.
When in doubt, consult with other staff members before taking action. Cutie Helpers should shadow Moderators to learn proper procedures.

Training Expectations
@Moderator are expected to assist and train @Cutie Helper. This includes:
- Allowing Cutie Helpers to participate in tickets as observers
- Providing guidance on proper procedures
- Answering questions in 📙moderators (use 💬verification-chat for verification ticket discussions only)
