This page outlines the training expectations, restrictions, and promotion path for @Cutie Helper (Trainee Moderators).

Restrictions​

✗⚠️ What Cutie Helpers Cannot Do

Cutie Helpers do not:

  • Issue warnings
  • Issue mutes or timeouts
  • Issue bans
  • Make final moderation decisions

These tasks are for @Moderator only. If you encounter a situation requiring these actions, report it in 📗cutie-helper.

Training Expectations​

All @Cutie Helper are expected to complete the following during their training period:

ℹ📋 Required Tasks

  • Handle verification tickets on your own or with a Moderator
  • Complete at least 2 training/test tickets
  • Contribute to ongoing Mod discussions

✓🎯 Expected Qualities

  • Confidently handling verification tickets
  • Good understanding of how server issues are handled
  • Calm and respectful communication towards members and staff

Learning Opportunities​

  • Shadow Moderators to learn proper workflow and procedures
  • Observe tickets to understand how issues are resolved
  • Ask questions in 📗cutie-helper — Moderators are expected to help train you!

Promotion to Moderator​

Requirements​

To be promoted to @Moderator, you must demonstrate:

  • ✅ Good judgment — Making appropriate decisions in various situations
  • ✅ Consistent presence — Being regularly active and available
  • ✅ Rule understanding — Knowing and correctly applying server rules
  • ✅ Calm and respectful communication — Professional interactions with everyone
  • ✅ Reliability and no drama involvement — Dependable and drama-free

Process​

Promotion is decided via Moderator voting. When the team believes you're ready, they will discuss and vote on your promotion.
